The testing ground that champions those bold enough to take the leap

Japanese food is wonderful. However, when thinking about the future of the food industry, we believed more talented people could flourish if there were spaces where ideas could be brought to life, pre-opening trials could be conducted, and connections with international markets could be made. With this in mind, we introduced the concept of a “food incubator” – already widespread in Western countries – to Japan, establishing the country’s first such facility. Branded as a “Food Laboratory,” we manage the daily operations while responding to consultations and ideas from individuals, companies, and organizations. We also regularly host events, creating opportunities for challenges and exchanges with top international chefs.
